Case content:

  •  12 Candles per Case / 12 Lolio101 Home Fragrance Collection shopping bags / 12 tissue papers

  •    2 Scents per Case (we will do a split of 2 scents per case)

Orders that do not meet this criteria will not be processed.

Large orders over 200 candles qualify for volume price discount.

We only start production once payment is received.  No refund on orders canceled after the payment.

Order Processing Time

Regular processing time is 5-10 business days.

Orders in excess of 200 candles may need more time to produce due to larger quantities. We accept rush orders for an additional fee of  10% of the total order price.


We ship domestic and international orders via US Postal Service (USPS).

If you prefer to use your own shipping method, we can arrange to ship based on your selected service. If you prefer to pick-up you may do so yourself. We will provide delivery tracking numbers in effort to keep you informed when your order ships from us and when to expect its arrival.

Lolio101 Home Fragrance Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered, please take adequate precautions to make sure your orders are delivered to you safely. Lolio101 Home Fragrance Collection has no control over international delivery delays due to customs.


We review every potential client to insure territories are not over saturated, but also assure our products are easily accessible to the consumer.

We reserve the right to protect ZIP codes and/or areas with active retail partners. Lolio101 Home Fragrance Collection cannot guarantee all territory protection, but will research proximity to existing clients with each new inquiry to the best of our ability.

For an account to remain active and territories protected, an order must be placed at least once every 2 months. If an existing stockist is only ordering select collections, another stockist in the same area may order another distinctly different collection.

Prices and product design are subject to change without notice, if changes occur orders will be reconfirmed.

General Return Policy

All replacements or refunds must be requested and approved. We do not accept returns. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to within 3 days of delivery. After we review of your request, a replacement will be completed or a credit will be applied to a future purchase. Replacement or credit towards future purchase will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
